Every order sends a tracking link by email and SMS the moment it is dispatched. That link is the fastest and most current source.

If your piece is still being made, there is no tracking number yet. You will receive an update at each stage: casting, setting, polishing, hallmarking and dispatch.

Reply to your order confirmation email and we will send the current status the same working day.
