Care
Simple habits, long life
Every day
Put jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray and moisturiser. Take it off first, before you wash, swim or sleep.
Chlorine attacks the alloys in gold and will dull a polished surface permanently. Remove pieces before a pool or a hot tub without exception.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of plain dish soap and a soft toothbrush is all that is needed for gold and diamonds. Rinse and dry fully with the cloth supplied.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners on pearls, emeralds or any piece with a treated stone. Wipe those with a barely damp cloth instead.
Storage
Store pieces separately in the pouch provided. Gold is soft and will scratch against other gold. Chains keep best laid flat rather than coiled.
Servicing
We clean, re-polish and re-tip claws free of charge for the life of the piece. Send it in whenever it needs it.
