30 days, free pickup
The window
Return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging with the certificate.
We arrange and pay for the pickup. Request one by replying to your order email and a courier is assigned within a working day.
What cannot be returned
Engraved and bespoke pieces cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold. This is stated at checkout before the order is placed.
Resizing instead
If the fit is the only issue, a resize is usually faster than a return. The first resize within 60 days is free.
