In-stock pieces dispatch within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces take up to 3 weeks, and the product page states which applies before you buy.

Once dispatched, metro cities receive in 2 to 3 working days and the rest of India in 4 to 6.

Shipping within India is free on every order, with no minimum. Each parcel is fully insured until it is signed for.

All orders require a signature. We do not leave jewellery with neighbours or in a safe place. If nobody is available, the courier attempts twice more before returning it to us.

We currently ship only within India. Duties and import rules abroad vary enough that we would rather not promise what we cannot control.
