Terms of Sale

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if a piece cannot be made to our standard, in which case you are refunded in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Gold prices move; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and we honour it even if the metal rate rises before dispatch.

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faulty setting, solder failure and clasp failure. It does not cover loss, accidental damage or ordinary wear.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
